-Collect, delinquent follow up, including
representation into any legal litigation required to

using the rental income.
-Perform ongoing scheduled, preventative,
safety, and management inspections.
-Report deficiencies and constructive suggestions
to the owner.
-Request quotes for work to be done, obtain
owners approval, schedule the job and follow up to ensure satisfactory
completion
-On a timely basis, as required by owner,
discuss the property and management of same.
-Provide advice to owners to help them make
informed investment and tax strategy decisions.
